Boil wort: Make oatmeal of Flaked Barley. Make tea of cracked Black Patent Malt --- simmer for 30 minutes just below boil. Combine water
with Irish Stout kit to begin wort. Sparge black patent malt and flaked barley into wort. Boil wort with ½ ounce of Fuggles hops for 50 minutes.
Add chocolate and remaining hops and boil for 10 more minutes. Turn off heat and stir in coffee.
