Make yeast starter:
Mash:.Mash for 1 hour at 153° F. Increase to 165° F last 5-10 minutes. Sparge at 165 to 6 1/2 gallons.
Boil wort:.Boil 1 hour with 2 ounces of Columbia hops. Add 1/2 oz. Mt Hood, 1/2 oz. Columbus, and 1/2 oz. Tettnager for last 2 minutes.

Bottle: 2/3 oz. honey as primming sugars. |
