Make Tea: Make tea of crystal and chocolate malts. Sparge into kettle.
Boil Wort: Begin boil with extract, honey, and mollases. Add centenial hops after start of boil. Boil for 30 minutes. Add spices and boil 15 minutes, add willametter hops and irish moss for last 15 minutes of boil. Add fuggles hops and oranges. Steep for 30 minutes. Chill wort and transfer to carboy.
Pitch Yeast: Add yeast (6 Dec 1998).
Bottle: Prime with ??. Bottle in 22oz. bottles.
