Boil wort:.Make tea of Chocolate malt grains. Sparge into pot, bring to volume and boil. Boil with 1 oz. cascade hops for 40 minutes. Add
oranged peel, cinnimon sticks, and clove for last 5 minutes. Add 1 oz. tettnager for finish.
Pitch yeast: Add yeast
Ferment beer: Ferment until head subsides, then dry hop with remaining ounce of cascade hops.
Bottle: 2/3 oz. honey as primming sugars.
