Make yeast starter:
Boil wort:.Make tea of Chocolate malt grains. Sparge into pot, bring to volume and boil. Boil iwth 1 oz cascade hops for 40 minutes. Add oranged peel, cinnimon sticks, and clove for last 5 minutes. Add 1 oz. tettnager for finish.

Bottle: 2/3 oz. honey as primming sugars.
