Make tea with Crystal Malt. Sparge with hot water into brew kettle. Boil sparge with Amber and Light Extracts along with 1 ounce Goldings for 1 hour. Steep with 1 ounce Fuggles hops for 15-20 minutes. Dry hop with remaining 1 ounce of Fuggles hops.
