Make Tea: Make tea of ground light crystal and black malts. Sparge with hot water into kettle.
Boil Wort: Bring wort to boil. Add two ounces of cascade hops and boil for 45 minutes. Finish with 1/2 ounce cascade hops for 15 minutes.
Chill wort and transfer to carboy.
Pitch Yeast: Add yeast (8 Mar 1998)
Dry Hop: Add 1 ounce of cascade hops 15 Mar 1998.
Bottle: Prime with 1/2 cup honey. Bottle in 22oz bottles.
