Make tea of Crystal Malt, add Alexander's and Domestic Light Dry Malt to wort, sparge Crystal Malt into wort. Bring to boil, add spices
(cinnamon and Orange) and two oz. hops. Boil for 1 hour. Strain through cheese cloth to bucket, let cool in bucket overnight. Transfer to
carboy.
Comment: Very nice odor during the boil!
