Our family gathering this year was no well organized, but several us were able to gather in Chicago for the Moffatt AGM, making this a great opportinity to visit the Chicago McCarter's. Jeff was also able to score some tickets to the Cubs vs White Sox baseball game.

 

Chicago Cubs vs. Chicago White Sox

Jeff, Jack, William, Judy, Kelley, and Jim went to the baseball game. We took the train into the city then tool the El to Wrilgley Field. We went to Goose island Brew Pub @ Wrigleyville for lunch. The beginning of the game was in dought because of the threat of rain.

Fortunately the weather cleared and the game was only delayed. We got to enjoy watching the tarp crew remove the tarp live. The game was a good one with the Cubs coming back to win the game in the bottom of the ninth inning.

22nd Annual Scottish Festival and Highland Games

 
The next day a whole bunch of us went to the Scottish Festival and Highland Games.
