I love French fries as much as the next person, except when they taste like potato chips, or are overly seasoned, or just plain too thin.... Ok, I am picky about my potatoes including the nutrition disaster that deep fat frying causes. So, here's the easy overn version that gets past all of my picky requirements. | |
